Sekkhemas bug

I have killed balbala in both normal and cruel difficulty, i am not able to interact with the ascendancy altar or exit portal or the door to continue to the next trial floor. the coin says that the trial will grant more points but its bugged out. EDIT: the quest for cruel difficulty is stuck on "Return to caravan and speak to Zarka" but there is no dialog for trials of sekkhema
