Opening strong box gets me stuck

Every time I've opened a rare strongbox and tried to back away I get stuck in place. Click the box then click away as soon as possible. I can't move with WASD or mouse. I can't use any skills or dodge roll. My only option is to back out to character select screen then rejoin.

I don't know if it's a certain affix doing it or because I'm riding a Rhoa but I'll try to keep an eye on it.

Opened one without rare. Didn't get stuck.

Think i figured it out. Opening a freezing strong box then charm triggers and consumes its charges but I get stuck.

It isn't freeze, or the lack or/use of a charm. it happens on strong boxes that don't have freeze as an option.

This bug on a Deli map with the monsters on m3th just means death. been around a while, still no rhyme or reason.
