Massive Ping Increase After Using Town Portal

It started with lag spikes but those could be because of the DDOS. But this ping increase after every tp is making the game unplayable for me.

Everytime I go to hideout I have to relog to fix and the ping makes the loading screens take forever.

This only happens in PoE2, so I don't think its a problem with my internet.
