Doing Quest Trial of Chaos before Quest Trial of Sekhemas

Just ran the quest trial of chaos and ascended without doing the Trial of Sekhemas quest.

Went back to do the Trial of Sekhemas and complete the quest one, however I couldn't click on the Altar of Ascendancy/it wasn't available to click on. Also couldn't click on the portal to leave (understandable in the code, don't leave the area until you ascend logic)

Anyway, I figured I would just have to do the 2 floor Sekhemas for the the 2nd ascendancy, got finished with the first floor but can't click on the door to go to the 2nd floor.

Ascent To Power quest is currently bugged out telling me the "Use the Altar of Ascendancy to obtain Ascendancy Passive Skill Points" but the Altar of Ascendancy is unclickable.

Character: Ranger/Deadeye
Level: 44

Possible oversight when coding, missing a couple of if() clauses lol

I know the game wasn't designed to be ran that way though.

Any suggestions from anyone?
