Ritualist Ritual Sacrifice wont apply mopdfier if using a second weapon set

When using Ritualist Ritual Sacrifice if noticed that in combination with duration nodes and Unique Shield Arvil's Wheel the Ability wont apply the modifier on me. The tool tip itself states modifier duration increasing but it wont apply the stolen modifiers on me .
