Been playing for 2 season and now I don't have access WTF

I was playing just fine for 2 season now and then you have a updated the another a day later get stuck on a loading screen then reset to download another patch and now your website clearly says I have early access to Poe 2 but yet I try to log in and I'm told I don't have access...redeem a access key or make a purchase.... well guess I'll play something else

Where did you buy Path of Exile 2 Early Access? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I play on Xbox and just bought another support pack in the Xbox section of the website and got a steam key instead I don't have a PC this is crazy making me want nothing to do with this game ... There is no support to call ... Waiting on email response now.
