Random disconnect - Need attention!

Dear developers,
Please can you fix this random crashes which occurs randomly?? I just been doing citadels which is not often spawning on the map, and I needed last peace to collect all 3 pieces! When I logged back in I lost map, I lost citadel and I lost fragment!!! Is there any compensation for it??
