Max fire resistance is not added correctly

I'm a smith. I selected Forged in Flame skill.
I equipped a shield which has two modifiers, +2% to all Maximum Elemental Resistances and +3% to maximum Fire Resistance.
+3% max fire resistance is added correctly that max cold and lighting resistance is also added +3%.

But +2 max all resistance is not correct. It should +2% max fire resistance while +2 and +2 max cold and lighting resistance. Because Forged in Flame skill is selected.

Now the shield is adding 5 max fire resistance and 5 max cold and lighting resistance. It should add 7 max cold and lighting resistance instead.

+x% to all maximum ele res is not specifically a modifier to maximum fire res. 5% in your case is working as intended.
