DLSS with HDR now does not work (all 3D = black screen)

Starting last night after a disconnect due to my internet going out, whenever I have both HDR and DLSS enabled, the UI shows up fine, but everything rendered in 3D (including the opening menus) are just black/not rendered. I have been using this exact setting for 600 hours of playtime, so I know it wouldn't be me. I have tried other games with DLSS + HDR and they appear to work fine.

When I disable HDR, the game pops back in. When I switch from DLSS to any other option (like FSR), the game works fine.

I have a RTX 4080 super that's not had any issues prior to this point.
