Tame Beast / Auras / Quadrilla not spawning with Haste Aura anymore

I've been trying to get a Quadrilla with Haste Aura for about 4-5 hours and i didnt see a single one with this aura, i dont know if it is a bug or if has been removed, tried to search for info in patch notes but i didnt see anything mentioning it...
