Lootboxes buggy

I'm a lootbox enjoyer. This doesn't happen all the time, but in some cases when I open lootbox in a map and finish the monsters, I 1) cannot pick items up as the "X" no longer appears next to the items and 2) items that were previously on the ground and/or newly opened town portals are no longer possible to click on within the same screen. To address this I either have to log far away from the lootbox and open Town Portal, come back and now I'm able to pick up original items or log off character and log back in. This has happened since the beginning of EA
