Need help with Djinn Barya

Hey guys,

I just created a new character today, when I kill Balbala in act2 normal, I forgot to loot Djinn Barya. Now I'm in act3 cruel and still can't enter the Trails of Sekhemas. I tried to kill Balbala again both normal and cruel but Djinn Barya didn't drop. I also don't see the Sekhemas's pointer in the map. Anyone got this issue please tell me how to fix it. Let me know in the reply.
