Ritual fight does not end

Even after killing all the mobs the ritual did not end. There were three altars on the map. I think the first altar went by normally. The second altar kept going long after there were no mobs but all of a sudden ended(not sure what caused it, i was just running around dodging mechanics). The third altar did not end at all. I went around in circles trying to find a mob that was stuck but nothing came up. Maybe a mob spawned just outside the ritual? Killed myself with the ritual mechanic (flowers that spawn chaos orbs) but that also didnt count as me finishing.

This just happened to me. Tier 15 decay, first ritual. I killed all monsters and the ritual did not end.
