Pc steam. Barrage lightning spear bug.

While using barrage with lightning spear.
Sometimes when throwing, character gets stuck and can walk, but can't attack or use any skills. After 20-30 seconds it fixes itself and I can attack again.
I think it may have to do something with getting hit while throwing l. spear with barraga, because if I get hit in those 20-30 seconds, I can attack again.
It happens very often, something like twice every 30 minuts.

- Barrage - Ingenuity : Premeditation : Perpetual Charge

This happens pretty regularly to me as well. I use Glacial Lance and the problem seems to occur when my Deadeye ascendency Avidity is triggered when using barrage, giving me max frenzy charges after use. For 10-20 seconds I can move around and dodge roll but none of my skills will activate when used. After that everything works again as normal.
