Is there a Fix for the Alt & Shift Key when hovering Passive Skill Nodes?

Hi, as the title, is this a current bug or do i need to do like check a box in option or something ?

Used to be able to see Stat/Dps incrased or decreased when holding shif key while hovering over passive node or holding Alt key to see ingredient for amulet annoitment
