Hello GGG team,

I encountered an issue while playing local co-op mode. After defeating the Act 2 boss on Cruel Difficulty, my partner and I cannot progress to the subsequent story content together. The portal to Act 3 does not appear for both players, even though both characters can access later chapters individually in single-player mode.

Could you advise on how to resolve this co-op progression blockage? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
