I don't play specifically on ps5, so I do not know how to help you, but the rhoa needs improvements nevertheless...Sry not much of a help

I play WASD but I would assume it's the same button you use to interact with NPCs. For keyboard you just click on it like any other NPC. Very strange if controller is not the same.
