[0.2.0E] Spark Chronomancer

So, I see there is no chrono spark build yet, so it's my, can't say it absolutely good, still have some problems with mana, and bosses take down slowly (not a 5 sec one shot bcoz of mana).
For endgame bosses, I finish Ritual lvl 4 and X'set (breach) lvl 4 too, kinda ez but take some time. Also, I tried it with 2 CoC, it's stacking very well, but on proc ur mana down to zero in 0.1 sec, so it looks like it makes no sense. ES is 6k now, but I'm running to 8-10k, some talents next, and some upgrades too. Another key question I have for Chronomancer and it's interaction with Choir of the Storm / Lightning Bolt is if Now and Again works to prevent Lightning Bolt cooldown. It's only 0.5s, down to 0.37 with Ingenuity. But skipping it 33% of the time seems powerful. Its really hard to test.
