Stuck on Loadingscreen

I get stuck in loading screen to the Manor Ramparts on cruel. Switching Servers does not help. The problem accurres since 13th of april. At the moment I am not able to play my char because the game always tries to load into the map. This is on ps5.

I am having this issue to starting on 4/15. I am stuck in act 1 cruel in the Clearfell Encampment. On PC and everything was working yesterday when I logged off.

Edit - I was able to log into another character that was not in a town.
