My life orb doesn't get fully filled up

Hi, I was in the map to play.
And, in the middle of play, I noticed that my life doesn't get fully charged even though I consumed life flask or at the check point.

I can see that there is line in my life orb and after I did recharge at the well or consuming the life flask, the life goes up and drops to the line where it shows..

So, my life is 1,109 but there is line at 911.
Whenever I recharge at the well, the life goes back to 911 form 1,109...

Please confirm why this bug is happening..

I logged in back, but still this issue stays..
