unlimited spirit point for minion and other reservation skill

I just found UI bug When you have reservation skill with lack of status point

example

you reserved skill for 100 spirit point and skill requirement is 100int
and you have exalty 100int

and then you refund your status point from int 100 to int 95 you reservation skill will disable (YOU GET YOUR 100 SPIRIT POINT BACK)but UI still it's active and show minion active as well

minion can still fight and use their skill and can respawn AND YOU CAN USE you 100 sprit as well so you will have double minion!

from above image it's show that you can minion even you dont have more spirit
