Use of rupture support - advise please

bleed ritualist. using spear field. but with a slight twist....i found with the azmari whisps enchant on gloves (Bear?: gain 1 rage on hit) i didnt need to slot Rage support in the spear field. With a jewel or nodes giving incision chance i didn't need to slot it or lacerate on spear field. instead i went into stuns.. (need around +100% to +150% stun build up from the tree which is doable for melee)

Spearfield set up:
Over power(assist the stun) + devastate(break the armour on heavy stun) + Tear(assist the herald of blood) + Armour explosion(because explosions)

Haemacrystals

and it works great, lots of fun...but i also want to aggravate my bleeds

now i want to use rupture to aggravate bleeding on heavily stunned enemies, but, how to use it? as my main bleed is actually from Rake,

(Q1)do i need to slot it in rake?
(Q2a)or does it need to slot into spear field so it can proc when the heavy stun goes off?
(Q2b) and what if i then put a bleed over the existing bleed that is bigger, is it still aggrevated by rupture?
(Q3)does the aggrevate remain whilst the stun bar remains orange
(Q4) can i rupture in any skill i use so long as i use it on the enemy with the bleed after heavy stunning them?

im looking to optimise my bleeds as they feel pretty week for bossing at present. im also looking for the best gem set up "spear of Solaris" i thought i would get good synergy to use the skill with all the stuns, and as i have dipped into ailment damage and duration i thought the ignite might be good. so far im underwhelmed by the skill but it has nice up time. i was hoping to be able to 1 shot some big mobs with it.

advice welcome. But i will not be coming out of the heavy stun set up. it is by far the best variant i have tried so far with the bleeds.

Q1: No, you do not NEED to.
Q2a: No, you do not NEED to.
Q2b: No, you aggravate all current bleeds, not future bleeds.
Q3: No, the aggravation remains until the end of the bleed, it has nothing to do with stun bars.
Q4: Yes. (By any skill, understand, anything that "HITS").
