Passive tree respec bug

I've been respecing my passive tree and for some reason after hitting "Apply points" button some of the changes were saved, but some wasn't. So I tried to respec again only to end up with somehow broken skill tree (spear nodes are separated in the middle) and missing a few points.



Upon exiting respec window and entering it again however everything went back to normal (apart from passive tree reverting some of my changes). I've been refunded gold for non-applied changes and was able to successfuly respec again so I guess it was just a visual bug, but it got me worried for a second there.
