Problem with the Witch from Act 3 Cruel

I just realized that the witch in Act 3, "Cruel," isn't giving me the spirit reward. I've killed her about four times, and she only gives me gold and items. The map shows that I haven't killed her. And, on normal mode, I do get the 30 spirit reward she gives me.

I'm already reviewing it more calmly and yes, I have the 100 spirit from the end of the campaign, but it's strange that I still haven't marked that I killed the witch and since I'm consuming a lot of spirit, I'm confused haha
