Question about Amazon ascendancy "critical strike"

My charactor has 100% critical hit chance without CS ascendancy, dps is 54k, image below





but if I use CS based on 100% crit chance, the dps is 76K, below





You can get more dps from more then 100% crit chance? 100% is not a cap?
