why my account Enter the game and automatically quit.

hello,why my account can't enter the game.
just 10 minute before,my account into the map Hidden grottoes, the game autoclosed.
there are two id,the one is "bulebiu" the account belong to the [Removed by Support] and "無敵丢丢" the account belong to the [Removed by Support].
Please check the two guys accout be quickly!
