Ascent to Power (Quest bugged)

I have ended the campain.

I still have this quest incompleted: Ascent to Power.
It say's -Return to the Ardura Caravan and speak to Zarka.

I have, but Zarka has nothing to say.
I have tried everything. Killing the boss again. Killing the miniboss.
I am stock there and can't continu, can't get my portal to Sekhemas.

Now, everytime I try to join a group to do the Ascendancy, I get a message saying I do not have the quest to join them.

Can someone from the support team reset that quest for me?

I realy can't progress anymore with my Ascendancy.

Go to The Ardura Caravan

Click on the table (Desert Map)

Click on travel to Trial of Sekhemas

having this bug too no i cant get to trial from the desert map

i am having the same problem, Nothing is working

If you've obtained the quest item make sure these steps are followed and nothing was skipped

My guess is the quest can't be completed cause I didn't pick up the Balbala's Barya.
The question is how to obtain it again (kill in it again doesn't give a new one).
We are doomed!
