White Flash Flicker over whole Screen if Companion or Enemy with Temporal Bubble does Attack

i have this issues since release i already did try to change graphic settings from direct 12 to Vulkan but still the same issue.

CPU: i7-11700KF
GPU: Intel Arc B580 (same issue on old nvidia card gtx 1070ti)

If any other specs are needed just tell me.
