Map Completion in Group not giving Atlas points

Hello,

I have been playing with a friend and we noticed that whenever I complete a Doryani's quest, like the first go to a corrupted map and clean it, only the owner is getting atlas passive points.

Is this intended, or we are doing something wrong?
