Worn Sandals triggered on Sacrifice / Self damage in Trial of Sekhemas.

I'm using:
- Scold's Bridle helmet
- Have Worn Sandals debuff (-30% movespeed on enemy hit)
- Also have the Event Horizon notable.

My movement speed drops when casting, and remains lowered for a few seconds.


To reproduce, use the above, with the Worn Sandals debuff.
I'm casting essence drain/contagion.

Can confirm using Scolds. Worn Sandals: "30% less Movement Speed if you've been Hit by an Enemey Recently" should not be disabled by self damage.
