Loot drops despawning in game as I try to pick them up

Every item drop I’m getting after I kill mobs is despawning before I can pick them up. I’ve lost exalts, chaos, and uniques so far, hoping this gets fixed. It’s not fun watching could be items zone out before I can even pick them up

Have you tried pressing Z? That toggles loot display.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.
