How do i get the points that you used to get for killing an 82 boss?

Book drops occur for first Boss kill of each level
L79 = T15 Waystone L80 = (T15 waystone + irradited) or (T15 waystone + (corrupted/cleansed with +1 monster level)) or T16 waystone L81 = (T15 waystone + irradited + (corrupted/cleansed with +1 monster level)) or (T16 waystone + irradited) or (T16 waystone + (corrupted/cleansed with +1 monster level)) L82 = T16 waystone + irradited + (corrupted/cleansed with +1 monster level) BUT the Book of Knowledge drop is currently bugged and not occuring for some people (including myself).
