Pharryl megalith stuck

On boss where two came out. One spawned in some enviroment it won’t move, can’t be hurt, and can’t hurt me.

Have done a hard reset, logout out completely, log into a different league, always takes me right back in there with the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated don’t want to lose my lvl 81

My character ended up restarting finally but I lost the two atlas points I would of gotten, so frustrating
