Malice Aura question

Anyone knows how to get actually all stacks for 10% from Omen Scepter Malice skill ?
Even with persistence support you only get 7s so thats max 14 stacks so max 7% crit bonus while 10% is max. But i dont see any way in hell to boost it. Anyone have any ideas ? Zuletzt angestoßen am 12.04.2025, 03:30:38
