Passive tree - Shift (Compare) doesn't work

Seems you added back hints to tooltips for passive nodes about Alt (inspect) and Shift (Compare) but When I press Shift nothing happens. Alt works fine but for Shift I expected to see another popup showing changes in numbers. I checked this for multiple nodes from attributes to simple ones like + attack speed, up to notables and keystones.

In 0.1.0 it wasn't always showing, I guess when effects of node weren't straight forward enough to show as bunch of numbers but it was showing in most cases. Then in 0.2.0 hints about Alt and Shift were not there so I was very happy to see them again but unfortunately something is still broken.

So is it a bug or maybe I'm missing something obvious and simply don't understand how to use it? I even looked at recent patch notes but didn't find anything related to this functionality.
