Bug Report i can not whisper Players from a different Platform

Hey,

i can not whisper any player which play on the PC or xBox. When i whisper at the trading Website any player and then i look in the Chat they are suddenly offline and i can not whisper them. So i tested it a hundred times. When i am in a City with other players i just can interact with the PS players all others i can see but dont whisper so.
I try to trade but i dont get any Notifications because of that.

Do you have Crossplay turned on ?

Where do i do that?

Hey,
Options, Game and if „deactivate crossplay“ is active maybe the error you described occur.
Is it checked - then pls remove checkbox save and restart game :)
