PS5 Couch Co Op Can’t Advance from Loading Screen

Hi, everyone!

We are experiencing an issue with not being able to advance from the loading screens in Act 3. For reference we are using co op via PS5. We started experiencing this in Act 3, Jungle Ruins. When we tried to load in together it would never let us. We had to load them in separately. Now at Chimeral Wetlands, we aren’t even able to load them in together or solo. It won’t advance past load screen. I have another character I’ve only ever played solo and it loads up no matter what area.

Is there any tips for this? Are our characters lost forever to the load screen. Thank you
