Stuck at Viper

Hello

When I was fighting Viper I got stuck outside the Warriors. It doesn't matter whatever I do, I can't restart the Game. Even if I log out and shut down my PS5 the problem still there. They can't kill me and I can't kill the Viper. It seems like the only way out of this is to commit suicide, but not even that I can do. So what should I do to keep on playing with my character?
