Best way to gain frenzy and power charges

I would like to try to make a discharge build using rf technique to get the most damage out of it. I believe it would be extremely powerful, using the righteous fire ability, the pain attunement ability. Not only that but the discharged could be 6-link with concentrated effect, increase area of effect, and all three elemental penentrations. Here is a link to my build.

my only concern is what would be the best way to gain power and frenzy charges. At first, I thought that using frenzy with power charge on critical with a wand would be good, but the damage would be very little and the beginning chance to get a power charge would be slim. What about using ice spear with increase chance, power charge on critical and using blood rage?

any ideas would help

so you would charge up with lmp pcoc and ice spear and after you have charges you run in ?

ice spear is great when you utilize the 2nd form with means you wont be close to use your discharge

best bet is skill or close range spell and a vol protector to gather powercharges
bloodrage is great for frenzy charges once your killspeed is high enough
endurance charges is no problem just link 3 endurance gems to a fastcast

round it up with moltnshell and temshield to spread shock and you have a fun build
