Graphics dimming while moving.

Since installing on my new computer right when 0.2.0 came out, when I move in game everything gets dimmer then brightens back up once I stop moving. I cannot seem to be able to figure out what might be causing this, and its preventing me from playing as its making me sick with it flickering every time I move and stop.

Has anyone else seen this and know what might be causing the issue?

I have the same problem too!
