Lightning XBow Gemling Mercenary (0.2.0)

Going to have a few variations of this build, currently a work in progress. The budget version is my only character / league starter and it is currently having zero troubles with end game with very little investment of currency. For now, we are by the books - Armour / Evasion just as the Gods intended.

Current setup is worth about 1 div. Damage is somewhere in the vicinity of

-65k DPS with galvanic shards + herald damage on clears
-90k DPS with shockburst rounds for single target.

There will be many changes to the mobalytics page in the coming days, just wanted to get it started for a couple of people who were asking about my character

I've done a lot of work the past couple days, refining the build and filling out the mobalytics to be more helpful. Playing through the campaign again on a levelling build to make sure it works, then I will be using that character for alternative versions in the near future.

With some more currency investment I have no doubt that this build could be considerably stronger (and tankier) than seen in this video
