Viper Legionnaire grapple ability cannot be removed even after they die

as title says the "viper legionnaire" puts a stackable debuff grapple slow ability on you. cannot be removed even if you lose line of sight or even if they die. only solution is to tp out and re-enter the zone to get rid of it
