Can't trade -PS5

If I enable crossplaying, I cannot whisper and everyone appears offline. I get the message ''must be in game to use this feature''. If I disable crossplay, I can whisper but only limited to players on PS5. Also, my items appear on site because I receive messages in game. However, I cannot invite because they always appear offline. I log in from my PS5 with my PS5 account. Anyone know how to fix?
