Pain Offering 'minion area of effect' bug

Pain Offering is tagged as 'minion', so it is supposed to benefit from anything that affects minions. For example, all "minions have X% maximum life" nodes correctly affect the offering. But "minions have X% increased area of effect", granted by Growing Swarm notable or all the nodes leading to Right Hand of Darkness notable, are currently not affect pain offering. I didn't test other offerings but I suppose it is also bugged for them. Support gems that grant more area of effect affect the offering correctly, so this is a minion-AOE related bug.

According to the tooltip, 'Minions have #% increased cooldown recovery rate' from Growing Swarm's notable also does not affect Pain Offering, if we add a cooldown to it via 'Expanse' Support gem.
