Subject: Bug Report - Lost Quest Item "Djinn Barya of Barbara" in Chapter 2 (Traitor's Path)  

Dear Path of Exile 2 Team,  

I encountered a critical bug in Chapter 2 (Traitor's Path) where I lost the quest item "Djinn Barya of Barbara." This prevents me from progressing to the "Trial of the Sekhemas."  

I have tried all possible solutions:  
- Teleporting via other players/waypoints.  
- Re-entering Chapter 2's desert area.  
- Re-defeating the boss Barbara.  
None of these resolved the issue.  

From community discussions, many players face this problem and are forced to restart new characters, but replaying the 7-hour storyline is extremely frustrating. Could your team:  
1. Restore the item or roll back my character data?  
2. Investigate and permanently fix this bug?

Unless you're on SSF i would have just asked someone for another or traded for one on the forum rather than asking for a rollback

i lost my mission item, which isn't a regular tradable item, and now I can't enter Trial of the Sekhemas
can't activate the fast travel point

Also had this issue, character cant do any sekhemas at all now. Have to either re-roll character or wait for a fix but from what Ive read this has been on-going for several months with no response from support on any forum thread. Dont think they care at this point.
