Rinsed 700ish coins from PS5 microtransaction bug (anyone else)
Hello all, is anyone else sharing my pain with the microtransaction shop on PS5 launch day Patch 0.2? Came across a frozen screen while looking at portals. The screen froze, was pressing X and O to exit it and when it unfroze, had purchased all the gargoyle portals.
No intent to purchase these. No reply from Support after multiple e-mails from Friday (5 days ago). Anybody have any ideas? $70 of actual money, after spending $130 to support the game. The lack of support received is painful. Zuletzt angestoßen am 08.04.2025, 09:17:37

Why would you ever press X on PlayStation to exit a menu?
It sounds like this isn't a bug, but that you were queuing up confirmation prompts while looking at MTX during a game stutter/freeze and those prompts were executed after the game unfroze. Zuletzt bearbeitet von Nubbeth#6739 um 08.04.2025, 08:59:39

Appreciate you responding. Sounds like something along those lines. I didn't hit 'X' more than once or twice, like to double confirm. The quadruple purchase confirmed sure is strange here.
Does support generally take 5+ days to reply? |
