Concoct support gem is bugged

It removes twice the amount of charges per use from your life flask ie: 40% of max instead of 20% but the bleed magnitude benefit is only for 20% of the max charges

I tested this on high velocity shot with using only Concoct on it as support. I do not know whether it is intended this way and only the description is incorrect (but I would say in that case the support gem is kind of super punishing) or this is a bug in functionality. Either way it is very misleading as it is.

This support gem seems punishing enough even without being bugged. 20% of flasks (let's assume you have 10), you loose two flasks for 6% magnitude. Assuming that it works with ascendency passive (haven't test it yet), you can double that number. So at highest it gives 12% per use per 4flasks...

Seeing how bleed works i doesn't seems to encouragimg enough imao. Meybe this could actually be something to use for single target bleed apply with higher risk higher reward ratio (80% of flasks for 80% magnitude)? As for now I don't see real value in using this one. Or maybe I am wrong?
