No skills affected - passive tree

So after last update I can't see any results in passive tree. No damage differences, skill speed, critical etc.

This is very annoying considering we cant look at gems while looking at the passive tree to check 'tags' |

Same didn't notice until I attempted the having 2 companions node and it won't let me. Says I've reached my limit. They act like this is the first game they've ever made I swear.
