Permafrost Bolts and Incendiary Shot don't damage in a cone behind the final target.

This has been bugged since early access day 1. I'm unsure if its even intended to still be on the skill as per the tooltip, as i've never seen it work aside from the VERY FIRST Merc. showcase from years ago, and it doesn't appear to function even in the small skill preview video in game.

Bumping since it wasn't mentioned or fixed in this recent patch.

Skills have been completely broken (Not the good kind of broken) since launch, and hasn't been touched since...

It's a shame too, because Incendiary Shot is the only skill I want to play - so I'm straight up refusing to play the game, until it's fixed (I've only been logging in to check if it's gotten fixed).

Getting this visible again. It might just be not intended to be on the skill anymore, but still hoping for clarification.
