Path of exile 2 dawn of the hunt cooldown console bug

I have the skills thunderous leap and disengage on my huntress and when I add the support gem hourglass to thunderous leap it changes the disengage cooldown as well making it ten seconds instead of the normal 2 it naturally has I think this is caused by both skills being on different pages as I play on ps5
